Red macun honey, large 243 g jar: a thick paste made of honey and a blend of herbs — epimedium (horny goat weed), ginseng, ginger and royal jelly — traditionally made in Turkey. This is the most economical pack per gram and lasts a long time, which makes it practical for regular use. How to use: dissolve one teaspoon (8–10 g) in your mouth or take it with a little water. Stir the paste well before each use with a wooden or plastic spoon (metal is not recommended) so the herbs are evenly distributed. A food supplement, not a medicine. Contains honey and bee products, so it is not recommended for people with diabetes or an allergy to honey, pollen or any of the herbal ingredients without consulting a doctor. Because it contains herbs that affect circulation, people with heart conditions, high blood pressure or on regular medication should consult a doctor before use. Not intended for persons under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
