Turkish macun honey is a thick paste made of honey and a blend of herbs — epimedium (horny goat weed), ginseng, maca, ginger and cinnamon — traditionally made in Turkey. The pack contains 12 individual 12 g sachets: one sachet is one serving, easy to carry and precisely dosed. How to use: empty one sachet directly into your mouth and swallow with a little water. A food supplement, not a medicine. Contains honey and bee products, so it is not recommended for people with diabetes or an allergy to honey, pollen or any of the herbal ingredients without consulting a doctor.
