About us

Who we are

Noventi is an online shop based in Belgrade. We focus on a small, carefully chosen range: Turkish macun honey in jars and sachets, and Q7 chocolate. Rather than a large catalogue, we work to make sure each product is original, properly labelled and delivered on time.

What we sell

• Turkish macun honey — a paste of honey and herbs, in 43 g and 243 g jars and 12 g sachets.
• Q7 chocolate — chocolate in boxes and in sachets.

Everything we sell is a food supplement, not a medicine. The label lists the ingredients, the dose and the warnings — read it before use.

How to order

• Cash on delivery — pay the courier on receipt.
• BEX courier delivery across Serbia, within 1–2 days.
• Orders received the same day are dispatched the same day.

Returns and your rights

You have 14 days to return goods from the date of receipt, in line with the consumer protection law. Return items by post; the buyer covers the shipping cost.

Contact

For questions about an order, delivery or a product, get in touch — the contact details are shown on the checkout page and sent by email after your order is confirmed.

A note on health claims

We do not use claims such as "cures" or "prevents" diseases. Macun honey and Q7 chocolate are food supplements; the articles on this site are for information only and do not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist.
